1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting goldengreenorganic.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any product from Golden Green Organic LLC (“Golden Green,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or our services. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Age & Eligibility
Access to this Site and purchase of hemp-derived THCa products is restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. We employ third-party age-verification tools; by ordering you affirm that you (a) are at least 21, (b) are purchasing for personal use only, and (c) will not supply our products to minors.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Consult a licensed physician before using any hemp-derived cannabinoid product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications. Products may cause drowsiness or impaired coordination—do not drive or operate heavy machinery after use. These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Compliance With Local Laws
All Golden Green products are derived from federally lawful hemp (<0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight) under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, THCa legality varies by state. You are solely responsible for knowing and obeying the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Orders destined for states or localities where THCa is banned will be cancelled.
5. Online Store Terms
To place an order you must provide current, complete, and valid payment information and authorize us to charge all costs (product, taxes, shipping). Orders are for personal use only; resale without written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Processing Time: Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and typically process within 72 hours.

Methods & Transit Estimates: USPS First Class (3–5 days). Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed; shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses where THCa is prohibited.
7. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns. You may request a refund or replacement from support@goldengreenorganic.com. Please describe the reason for your request in the email.
8. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice; an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance if pricing or availability was incorrect.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and code—is the property of Golden Green or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site or its content: (a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to violate any regulations; (c) to infringe intellectual-property rights; (d) to harass, defame, or discriminate; (e) to upload viruses; (f) to collect others’ personal data; (g) to spam; or (h) to interfere with security features. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Green shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden Green, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.
15. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Individual Basis Only. You waive the right to litigate in court, to have a jury trial, or to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Changes become effective on the “Last updated” date above. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
19. California Proposition 65 Notice
Products may expose you to chemicals—including Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol—which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
