📦 SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including:

Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen issues are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to any U.S. state or territory where THC-A or hemp-derived cannabinoids are prohibited by law. These currently include (but are not limited to):
Idaho, Hawaii, and other restricted jurisdictions.
We do not ship to PO Boxes via FedEx, nor to international addresses or U.S. territories.
4. Risk of Loss
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Golden Green Organic is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your product must be:
Unopened and in original packaging
Returned within 60 days of purchase
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@goldengreenorganic.com with the subject line:Return Request – [Your Order Number]
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Returned promotional items must include all bonus items, or their retail value will be deducted from the refund
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
Order number
Photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Products purchased more than 60 days ago
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
